- A 50% deposit of the daily rate or Package (including dangerous/exotic game) is payable to confirm a booking
- The balance of the daily rate for your duration of your safari or Package is payable prior to commencement of the safari
- A receipt of payment indicating the booking dates will immediately be confirmed by fax or email
- All deposits are no refundable in the event of cancellation 90 days or less prior to the dates the safari was due to commence
- Payments may be made in wire transfers(preferred) cash, credit cards(South African hunts only) or traveler’s cheques
- All clients and observers are required to sign a Bushman’s Quiver indemnity agreement before commencement of the safari
- Trophee fees on animals killed or wounded must be paid in full prior to departure from the hunting camp
- Day of arrival and departure are counted as 1 hunting day
- The pricing structure has been linked to an exchange rate of R8.00 to a US dollar. If the rate changes by more than 10% the prices will be adjusted without prior notice.
DAILY RATES INCLUDE:
- Accommodation
- Meals
- Daily laundry
- Soft drinks, local beer and wine
- Experienced and Licensed Professional Hunter
- Trained staff, trackers and skinners
- Field preparation of trophies
- All transportation within hunting areas
- Daily Rate calculated by overnight stay in camp
- 14% VAT on daily rates
DAILY RATES EXCLUDE:
- Extra car hire for big groups, air charters before, during and after the safari
- Taxidermy process and shipping charges
- Gratuities to staff and professional hunters
- Trophy fees of species taken. Animals wounded and lost will be paid in full PLUS 14% VAT
- Rifle hire at 50$ per client per day, ammo at cost
- Tobacco
- Specially requested imported food and drinks
- Cost of telephone calls and faxes made by clients
- CITES license fees where applicable
- Permit fees where applicable
